With the world today, many of us cultivate a lifestyle where we are constantly on the go. We celebrate being busy. We distract ourselves when we feel anxious, depressed, and when we don’t feel quite ourselves. Often times we disregard our body’s needs, and unfortunately, mental health is one of those needs that often sit on the back burner.

I hope you believe that YOU are worth the time and it is worth making the investment in yourself. If you’re not quite at this place in your life, know that I see you. My wish and hope for you, is to take small steps.

I am not a medical professional, nor is the purpose of this blog to advise you in your current situation. It is merely a space for me to share my personal journey as an Asian American woman, and my experiences in my own mental health journey, in hopes to inspire you to stop what you’re doing, and take that first step in your journey.
